Handcrafted gavels

Masonic Gavels, Handcrafted in Solid Canadian Hardwood

Handcrafted in Niagara, Canada from solid Canadian hardwood — turned and finished by hand by the maker.

When a Master steps down, the gavel he carried during his year should be worth keeping. Ours are turned by hand in solid Canadian red oak, white oak, black walnut, or maple in our Niagara workshop, each one solid wood from a single block. Each set pairs a balanced gavel with a matched sound block, and an optional engraved plaque carries the recipient's name, lodge number, and year of service. Choose the wood to suit your lodge's furniture, and we will letter or carve the square and compasses if you supply the design. Many of our Masonic orders come from spouses planning ahead for an installation, so commission early and tell us your date. This is an independent workshop; we are proud to make gavels for Masons. Order a plain set now, or commission an engraved presentation set.

We are an independent Canadian workshop, proud to make gavels by hand for lodges, courts, schools, and businesses across Canada and beyond.
